What you set on a link
Six settings, chosen per link. The defaults are yours to decide; none of them are baked in.

View or download
A link that shows the file, or one that hands it over. Two different decisions, and you make them one at a time.

A size on the way out
Send a web-sized copy without making one first. The original stays where it is, untouched, and nobody has to run an export.

A download limit
Cap how many times a link can be used, and watch the count. A link handed round a newsroom stops being an open door.

An expiry date
Links stop working on the date you choose, so nothing you shared three years ago is still quietly live.

Your logo on it
Embed your logo in the copies that leave, as a watermark. For review copies, for work in progress, and for anything not yet cleared to run.

Information that travels
Copyright, credit and the rest are embedded in the file, so they survive the trip to whoever ends up with it.
Collections
Send a set, not twelve links
Group the files into a collection and share the collection instead. The people you send it to get one page of work rather than a folder of attachments, and every control above applies to the whole set at once.
